摘　　要：为了解基本药物制度实施后药品价格状况及存在的问题,参照世界卫生组织(WHO)和国际健康行动机构(HAI)的标准调查方法,对社区卫生服务中心和私营药店的药品价格进行调查。从公立医疗机构与零售药店药品价格的差异、品牌药与仿制药价格水平的差异以及浙江与国际参考价格的差异等方面进行比较。提出需进一步提高药品尤其是品牌药采购效率、完善药品定价机制、对招标关键环节重点监管等建议。In order to study the status of drug price and problems after the implementation of National Essential Medicine System, a survey was designed to investigate drug price in community health services centers and private pharmacies in Zhejiang Province,which referred to standard from WHO/HAI. The differences of drug price between state-owned medical institutions and retail pharmacies, differences between innovator brands and me-too medicines, and differences between price in Zhejiang and in- ternational reference prices were comparatively studied. Based on which, some suggestions were put forward, such as improving the eMciency of drug purchasing, especially for innovator brands.
