摘 要:基于CAE模流分析技术,对汽车后灯壳进行了注射成型模流分析的数值仿真计算,并对后灯壳进行了现场跟踪测量。结果表明,得出的后灯壳翘曲残余变形仿真计算结果与测量值基本吻合,误差在50%以内。结合所制定的反变形方案,在这个仿真模型的基础上,对后灯壳注射成型时的反变形量进行了数值仿真优化,与无反变形量的注射成型相比,最优方案可使翘曲变形量减少90%以上。反变形技术可为注射成型时翘曲变形的控制、模具及工艺设计的选择和预留变形量的确定等提供可靠依据。Based on the CAE mold flow analysis techniques, a numerical simulation of injection molding analysis and a on-site tracking measurement were carried out on the rear automotive lamp shell. It was concluded that the simulation results of residual warpage deformation were basically consistent with the measured values with errors less than 50 %. On the basic of the numerical simulation model, combined with the scheme of reverse deformation, the optimum analysis of the reverse deformation was conducted with numerical simulation model, an optimum scheme was obtained. Compared with the injection without reverse deformation, the optimum scheme could reduce the warpage deformation about 90%. The technology of reverse deformation provided reliable theoretical references for the warpage controlling of injection molding, the choices of mold and process design, and the determination of the pre-set deformation.
