摘 要:采用结晶四氯化锡(SnCl4.5H2O)分别与苯甲酸和对叔丁基苯甲酸按一定的计量比合成了锡类聚丙烯(PP)成核剂SnB4和SnD4。通过X射线衍射分析和偏光显微镜对其改性PP的微观结构进行了表征,用差示扫描量热仪研究了其结晶行为,并测试了其维卡软化点和力学性能。结果表明,SnB4和SnD4均为α-晶型成核剂,均能提高PP的结晶度和结晶温度,使PP的结晶度分别提高了4.7%和9.5%,结晶温度分别提高了6℃和15.9℃,结晶速率也有所提高,力学性能得到不同程度的改善。Two noval nucleating agents SnB4 and SnD4 (stannic chloride, benzoic acid and p-tert-butyl benzoic acid) were prepared and employed in isotactic polypropylene (iPP). The iPP samples were studied using X-ray diffraction analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, and polarized light microscopy. The mechanical properties and Vicat softening temperature of iPP were also tested. It was found that the two nucleating agent improved the crystallinity and crystallization rate of iPP. Mechanical properties of the iPP were also somewhat improved, especially when SnD4 was used.
