卡托普利联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压及改善左室心肌肥厚疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察卡托普利联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压及改善左室心肌肥厚疗效。方法:选择高血压患者并行心脏彩超(提示左室心肌肥厚)患者118例,给予卡托普利联合厄贝沙坦口服治疗半年,检查血压及心脏彩超,了解左室舒张末期内径(LVDd)、舒张末期室间隔厚度(IVSd)、左室后壁厚度(LVPWd)、及计算左室重量指数(LVMI)评价疗效。结果:高血压患者治疗后收缩压及舒张压明显降低,左室舒张末期内径、舒张末期室间隔厚度、左室后壁厚度、及计算左室重量指数明显改善。治疗前后对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卡托普利联合厄贝沙坦治疗高血压有效并明显改善左室心肌肥厚。Objective： To observe the captopril combined urban Tampa bay sand treatment of high blood pressure and improve left ventricular myocardial hypertrophy curative effect.Methods： choose hypertension and heart do colour to exceed （hint left ventricular myocardial hypertrophy） patient 118 examples, give captopril combined e bay sand jotham oral treatment half a year, check blood pressure and heart to exceed, understand leti ventricular end-diastolic diameter （LVDd）, end-diastolic interventricular septum thickness （IVSd）, left ventricular posterior wall thickness （LVPWd）, and calculation left ventricular mass index （LVMI） assessment of curative effect. Results：After treatment in patients with high blood pressure and diastolic pressure systolic blood pressure significantly, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, end-diastolic interventricular septum thickness, left ventricular posterior wall thickness, and calculation left ventricular weight index obviously improved. Existing contrast before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions： captopril combined e bay sand jotham could treat high blood pressure effectively and significantly improve left ventricular myocardial hypertrophy.
