摘 要:在对辽河油田欢喜岭采油厂地区注水压力高、地层堵塞严重等问题原因分析的基础上,研发了一种新型酸化解堵剂(ABRer-1)。室内实验表明,与土酸相比,20%的新型解堵剂水溶液具有良好的缓速性能、防二次沉淀性能。根据辽河油田欢喜岭地区的岩性特征,室内优选了缓蚀剂、黏土稳定剂、助排剂、破乳剂等酸液添加剂,并确定了各添加剂加量,得到了新型酸化解堵体系配方:20%酸化解堵剂+0.1%缓蚀剂BSA-602+3%黏土稳定剂BSA-101+0.5%助排剂EL-11+0.1%破乳剂YBP-1。两口井的现场试验表明,新型酸化解堵体系可以降低注水压力5MPa以上,大幅度提高了日注水量。Considering the causes of high water injection pressure and severe formation pore blockage in Huanxiling Oil Production Factory in Liaohe Oilfield,a new acidizing blockage remover(ABRer-1) was developed.The laboratory test results showed that 20% ABRer-1 in aqueous solution had good retarding performance and good prevention secondary precipitation behavior as compared with earth acid.Based on the lithologic features in Huanxiling area,the additives of acidizing system such as corrosion inhibitor,clay stabilizer,cleanup additive and demulsifier were selected and respective proportions were determined.So,a new type compounding formula of acidizing system was obtained,that is 20% ABRer-1 + 0.1% corrosion inhibitor BSA-602+3% clay stabilizer BSA-101+0.5% cleanup additive EL-11+0.1% demulsifier YBP-1.And field test in two wells showed that the new type of acidizing system could reduce water injection pressure by more than 5MPa and daily water injection volume was largely increased.
