摘 要:为了保证中空制品壁厚均匀、节省材料,通过对中空成型机型坯壁厚电液控制设计方案进行对比与分析,设计了以高性能电液比例阀为核心的型坯壁厚电液位置控制系统。该系统采用高性能电液比例阀作为控制元件,由贮料缸和控制缸组成型坯壁厚控制系统的执行元件。试验证明,型坯壁厚电液控制系统是大型中空成型机型坯壁厚控制的核心,该系统有利于整机的周期性控制,保证运动平稳性要求,达到较高的位置控制精度,同时也有利于提高系统的动态品质。In order to ensure the equalization of the wall for the hollow products and to save material, this paper compared and analyzed the project of the wall thickness electro-hydraulic controlling system for blow molding machine. Meanwhile, the paper designed the wall thickness electro-hydraulic position controlling system. The system introduced high performance of electro-hydraulic proportional valve as the controlling element and composed material stock cylinder and steering cylinder as the execute components for the wall thickness controlling system. It was proved that wall thickness electro-hydraulic controlling system was the core of wall thickness control of large scale blow molding machine. The system was beneficial for periodical controlling of the machine, ensuring the running stationary requirement and achieving high position to control the precision and meanwhile, it also improved the dynamical quality for the system.
