摘　　要：列举了国家西部大开发战略实施加速的有关塑料行业实例,指出合成树脂、塑料制品产业上下游应协调发展,提供了国家统计局2011年及2012年上半年的塑料产业统计数据,并提出助推中西部塑料产业升级的对策与建议。The instance for China＇s western development strategy for the implementation of accelerated plastics industry was cited, and it pointed out that the synthetic resin and plastic products industries of both upstream and downstream should coordinate to develop. The statistics of the plastics industry from the National Bureau of Statistics in 2011 and the first half of 2012 were proposed as well as the countermeasures and suggestions boosting Midwest plastic industrial upgrading.
