摘  要:人类活动造成了陆地生态系统氮输入的迅速增长,影响到森林生态系统碳循环。为揭示树干呼吸对高氮背景输入的响应,试验采用人工氮添加方法,研究不同氮输入条件(CK,0 g m-2a-1;低氮LN,5 g m-2a-1;中氮MN,15 g m-2a-1;高氮HN,30 g m-2a-1)下亚热带樟树林、湿地松林的树干呼吸。结果表明:施氮会抑制樟树、湿地松林的树干呼吸,抑制作用大体表现为随施氮浓度增大而增强,但组间差异不显著;2种林分中的树干呼吸与土壤有效氮含量之间均无显著性关系。The nitrogen input to terrestrial ecosystems caused by human activity increased quickly, and has affected carbon cycle in forest ecosystem in many aspects. In order to reveal the response of stem respiration in Cinnamomum camphora(camphor) and Pinus massoniana(slash pine) stand to megadose nitrogen addition, the maninduced nitrogen addition experiments has been conducted. With different nitrogen addition doses, such as CK 0 g·m^-2a^-1 , LN, 5 g·m^-2a^-1; MN, 15 g·m^-2a^-1; HN, 30 g·m^-2a^-1, the stem respirations of camphor and slash pine forests in subtropical zone were determined. The results show that nitrogen addition inhibited the stem respiration in camphor and slash pine stand. Generally, the inhibition enhanced with the increase of nitrogen concentration, however, there is no significant difference between the nitrogen addition groups. The correlation between stem respiration and soil available nitrogen content was not significant.
