生物反馈电刺激联合阴道哑铃对产后盆底功能康复的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨生物反馈电刺激联合阴道哑铃促进产后盆底功能恢复的治疗效果。方法:将120例初产妇分为观察组和对照组,两组均在产后42d进行询问症状、妇科检查及盆底功能筛查。对照组60例在筛查后使用阴道哑铃进行盆底肌康复训练,观察组60例在对照组基础上进行生物反馈电刺激。产后3个月再次进行询问症状、妇科检查及盆底肌功能评定。结果:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生物反馈电刺激联合阴道哑铃有利于产后盆底组织器官功能的恢复,效果优于单用阴道哑铃治疗,能明显降低女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的发生。Objective：To explore the effect of bio-feed back electric stimulation combined with vaginal dumbbell on postparturm pelvic function recovery. Method：120 primiparous women were divided into observation group and control group randomly, Both groups were inquired the symptoms, gyneeologia] examination and screning of pclvicfloor muscles function in postpartum 42 days.60 primiparous women in control group received pelvic floor muscle exe^ise with vaginal dumbbell after screening, while 60 primiparous women in observation group received bio-feed back electric stimulation on the bassis of control group.Both groups were inquired the symptoms, gynecologial examination and screening of pelvicfloor muscles function in postpartum 3 months again.Result：The effective rates of treatment on observation group were obvious higher than control group, the differences have statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion：Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with vaginal were favorable on postpartum tissue organ at the function recovery, the effect is better than the single vaginal dumbbell treatment, reduced significantly female pelvic function obstacle the happening of the disease.
