改良前庭大腺造口术的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察改良式前庭大腺囊肿(脓肿)造口术的临床效果。方法:选择本院从2007年1月-2012年6月诊治的前庭大腺囊肿、脓肿共156例,随机分为对照组(64例)与观察组(92例)。对照组采用传统造口术,治疗组采用改良造口术,比较两组的手术时间、出血量、愈合时间、术后性交痛、术后复发率。结果:治疗组的手术时间、出血量、愈合时间、术后性交痛、术后复发率均低于对照组。结论:改良式前庭大腺造口术操作简单,手术时间短,术中出血少,不需换药,患者痛苦小,术后愈合时间缩短,较好的保留了前庭大腺功能,愈合后无性交痛,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of improved ostomy of Bartholin gland cyst （ abscess ） . Method：In our hospital , there were 156 patients with Bartholin gland cyst （ abscess ） from January 2007 to june 2012 , they were randomly divided into control group （ 64 cases ） and observation group （ 92 cases ）, the control group took conventional ostomy, the other took improved ostomy. To observe and compare the operation time, bleeding volume, healing time, postoperative pain during sexual intercourse, postoperative recurrence rate of the two groups.Result：The operation time, bleeding volume, healing time, postoperative pain during sexual intercourse and postoperative recurrence rate in observation guoup were significantly lower than those in control guoup.Conclusion：Improved ostomy of Bartholin gland had the advantages of simple operation, short operation time, less bleeding, without dressing, little pain, short postoperative healing time.It is better to retain the function of Baxtholin gland, with no sexual intercourse pain after healing, , low recurrence rate, and is worthy af clinical application.
