摘　　要：目的:研究对焦虑症患者实施心理护理的康复效果。方法:2009年2月-2011年5月笔者所在医院共对135例焦虑症患者进行治疗,随机将其分为实验组和对照组,实验组患者68例,采用常规治疗并配合心理护理;对照组患者67例,采用常规治疗并实施普通护理。分别对治疗前后两组患者的焦虑情况进行比较,分析两组患的康复情况。结果:实验组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,焦虑总分及精神、躯体症状分数与对照组之间存在显著差异。结论:对焦虑症患者实施心理护理,可以使患者的病情明显得到改善,具有良好的康复治疗效果,值得进一步推广及运用。Objective：To study the effect of rehabilitation of patients with anxiety disorders to psychological nursing.Method：Fabruary 2009 to May 201 l, a total of 135 cases of patients with anxiety disorders treated and randomly divided into experimental and control group, experimental group of 68 patients with conventional therapy and with the psychological care, control group of patients 67 eases, the use of conventional treatment and general care were two groups of patients with anxiety before and after treatment were compared and analyzed the two groups suffering from rehabilitation.Result：The treatment of the experimental group than the control group, there were significant differences between the total score and the spirit of anxiety, somatic symptoms scores in the control group.Conclusion：Implementation of the psychological care of patients with anxiety disorders, can make the patient＇s couditionsigoificantlyimproved, with good rehabilitation treatment, and worthy of further promotion and usc.
