摘　　要：目的:探讨INF-γ、IL-10细胞因子在复发性流产(RSA)发病中的意义。方法:采用酶联免疫双抗体夹心法(ELISA)测定复发性流产患者外周血血清INF-γ、IL-10的含量。结果:复发性流产患者外周血血清INF-γ的含量为(15.23±1.98)pg/ml,IL-10为(2.65±1.21)pg/ml。结论:IFN-γ、IL-10可能可作为预测妊娠结局的指标之一,可为RSA的诊断、免疫治疗和疗效监测提供帮助。Objective：To study of INF-γ, IL-10 cytokines in recurrent spontaneous abortion （ RSA ） in the pathogenesis of significance. Method：Using enzyme immunoassay double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ ELISA ） determination in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion in peripheral blood and serum INF- γ, IL-10 content.Result：Recurrent spontaneous abortion patients with peripheral blood serum INF-γ was （ 15.23±1.98 ）, IL-10 was （ 2.65 ±1.21 ） .Conclusion：IFN- γ, IL-10 may be as predictors of pregnancy outcome indicator.IFN-γ, IL-10 is RSA diagnosis, treatment and curative effect of monitoring with the help of immune.
