探析妇产科急诊就诊分级

摘　　要：为妇产科急诊就诊者提供快捷、方便、及时、同质的医疗服务,提高危急重症救治效率,为急诊患者提供安全优质的服务,提高患者满意度。通过对妇产科急诊就诊者进行预检分诊,按照《妇产科急诊预检分诊内容》对就诊者病情进行分类分级,充分利用、合理配置急诊医疗资源,保证真正的急诊患者得到更好的诊治,达到提高妇产科急诊患者分诊分级的准确度,降低分诊不当影响的危急重症患者的救治及抢救效率,加强医疗安全,提高患者满意度的目的 。Obstetrics and gynecology emergency room visits by providing fast, convenient, timely, and the homogeneity of the medical service, improve efficiency of emergency and severe treatment for emergency patients to provide safe and high quality services, improve patient satislaction.For obstetric and gynecological emergency department visits, pre-screening triage classification and grading the attenders condition in accordance with the emergency pre-screening of obstetrics and gynecology triage content, take full advantage of the rational allocation of emergency medical resources, to ensure that the true emergency patients are better treatment, to improve the accuracy of the classification of obstetrics and gynecology emergency patient triage, treatment and rescue efficiency to reduce the undue influence of the critical triage of critically ill patients, and strengthen the heahheare safety and improve patient satisfaction and purpose.
