摘  要:以双侧进气离心压气机叶轮为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法研究双面叶轮两侧叶片周向位置及两侧叶片进口总压差对叶轮性能及叶轮出口气流流动特性的影响。研究结果表明:双面叶轮两侧叶片相对周向位置对叶轮级性能影响较小,但对扩压器对称面处气流速度分布影响较大。另外,当双面叶轮两侧叶片进口存在2%总压差时,流经叶轮两侧叶片的气体流量存在差别,且流量比随级流量的减小而增大,同时,流经扩压器对称面的气体流量也相应增加。A doubel-sided impeller,which consisits of two impellers arranged in a back-to-back configuration with the backdisks eliminated,was numerically simulated by solving a three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equation to investigate the changes in the performance and velocity distribution in diffuser caused by relative circumference locations as well as different inlet conditions between both side blades.The results show that minor changes in performance exist for two relative circumference locations of two-sided blades,but the flow is significantly modulated at the outlet of rotor.In addition,different inlet conditions for the two inlets of the back-to-back impeller can induce the non-equilibrium distribution of the mass flow and loss of more mixture in the diffuser.
