摘　　要：分析目前的电视支付业务方式,针对下一代广播电视网(NGB)环境提出一种基于实名制账户的电视支付平台。介绍其地址总体技术架构、用户认证技术及关键流程,对平台的特点进行分析,证明其具有安全性、可靠性和完整性。该电视支付平台已在上海NGB网络中正式运营,实际运行效果良好。This paper analyses the current TV payment modes and presents a TV payment platform model based on real-name account.The technologies of the overall architecture and the main work flows are discussed.The security,reliability and integrity of the platform are analyzed.Now the platform is running on the Shanghai Next Generation Broadcasting（NGB） network,and it is running well in actual.
