摘　　要：通过对福建省连城县、武平县和湖南省浏阳市、桃源县和凤凰县进行＂推进现代农业组织制度创新＂调研,发现：农民林业专业合作组织显现出旺盛生命力,同时存在认识上的偏差、财政金融政策落实不到位、山区经营林业困难、林权监管服务跟不上、农民林业专业合作组织建设不规范等问题。提出强化政府领导、落实金融保险支撑政策、加大财政支持力度和规范林权流转等对策建议。through to the Fujian province county, county in Hunan province and Liuyang City, Taoyuan county and the phoenix county ＂ advance the agricultural organization system innovation ＂ research, discovery： farmer pro fessional forestry cooperative organizations show exuberant vitality, exist at the same time the understanding devia tion, finance finance pohcy is not fulfilled reach the designated position, a mountainous area forestry difficulties, for est fight supervision service does not follow to go up, farmer professional forestry cooperative organization construc tion is nonstandard wait for a problem.
