摘　　要：介绍了广东、安徽、浙江三省造林补贴试点的情况。地方党委和政府高度重视造林绿化工作,非重点工程造林的比重逐步提高,油茶等木本油料产业发展迅猛。造林补贴试点政策极大地调动了地方政府和群众的造林积极性。针对存在问题,建议加大造林补贴政策宣传,逐步扩大造林补贴范围,适当提高造林补贴标准,改进造林补贴拨付方式,完善林业三项补贴制度。This paper introduces the afforestation allowance pilot circumstance in Guangdong, Anhui, Zhejiang. The local Party committee and government attach great importance to afforestation afforest job, key project afforestation increased, such as woody oil industry development is swift and violent. Afforestation subsidy pilot policy polar mobilized local government and masses afforestation enthusiasm. In view of the existence question, proposed increase afforestation subsidy policy advocacy, and gradually expand afforestation subsidy scope, improve afforestation subsidy standard, improve afforestation subsidy pull pay, perfect forestry three subsidy system.
