摘　　要：运用偏离-份额分析法对黑龙江省2001～2010年林业产业结构与区域竞争力进行了实证分析,结果表明,对于全国林业产业发展来看,黑龙江省林业产业结构中第一产业基础好,第二、第三产业属于产业因素推动类型,产业结构处于优势地位,但第二产业不具备区域优势。并依据研究结果,提出优化林业产业结构、增强第三产业竞争力、提升第二产业规模效益等对策。Using the Shift-Share Method, the paper carries out empirical analysis of forestry industrial structure and regional competitiveness in Heilongjiang from 2001 to 2010. The results show that, for the development of forestry industry, forestry industrial structure of Heilongjiang Province in the first industry has a good foundation, the second and third industry belongs to industry factors drive, industrial structure is in the dominant position, but the second industry does not have the regional advantage. According to the research results, proposed the optimization of forestry industrial structure, enhance the competitiveness of the tertiary industry and the scale of second industry.
