摘　　要：目的了解柳州市监测哨点嫖客的艾滋病(acquired immunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS)相关知识、行为以及艾滋病病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染状况,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法根据《全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案》对柳州市嫖客人群进行问卷调查,并采集静脉血样进行HIV、梅毒、丙型肝炎病毒的血清学检测,分析其艾滋病知识知晓情况和安全套使用情况的影响因素。结果共调查400名嫖客,AIDS相关知识知晓率为52.75%,最近1年发生商业性行为坚持使用安全套的比例为45.74%,HIV阳性感染率为2.26%,梅毒和丙肝的感染率均为8.04%。多因素Logistic回归分析表明,年龄小、婚姻状况为离异或丧偶和大专及以上学历是嫖客人群艾滋病知识知晓的保护因素;婚姻状况为在婚、同居和离异/丧偶和对艾滋病知识知晓是嫖客人群最近1年商业性行为坚持使用安全套的保护因素。结论柳州市嫖客人群中存在着感染HIV的危险行为,需要采取针对性的干预措施,遏制艾滋病经性传播途径的蔓延。Objective To understand the status of AIDS related knowledge awareness,risk behaviors and HIV prevalence among commercial sex clients in Liuzhou City,and provide scientific evidence for the development of prevention and control measures.Methods According to the national AIDS surveillance standards,A questionnaire survey was conducted among commercial sex clients and blood samples were taken from them to detect the antibodies of human immunodeficiency virus（HIV）,Treponema pallidum and hepatitis C virus.Results A total of 400 commercial sex clients were surveyed.The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge was 52.75%.The persistent condom use rate in commercial sex was only 45.74% in the past year.The positive rate of HIV antibody was 2.26%,and both the positive rate of syphilis antibody and hepatitis C virus antibody were 8.04%.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that young,divorced or widowed,college education were protective factors of awareness of AIDS related knowledge;marriage,cohabit,divorced or widowed and the awareness of AIDS related knowledge were protective factors of persistent condom use in commercial sex in the past year.Conclusions The commercial sex clients have high risk behaviors of infecting HIV in Liuzhou City.Specific intervention measurements are needed to prevent the spread of AIDS through sexual transmission.
