摘　　要：以2,2-二甲基-3-羟基丙醛与季戊四醇为原料,在固体酸性分子筛催化下通过羟醛缩合和环化脱水反应制得螺环二醇,两步反应在同一反应装置同时进行,不仅降低了对设备投资的要求,而且提高了产品的纯度和收率,最终得到的螺环二醇的含量≥99.0%,收率≥91.0%。The spiroglycol was prepared by 2,2-dimethyl-3-hydroxy-propionaldehyde and pentaerythritol in the solid acid zeolite catalyst,through the hydroxyl aldehyde condensation and cyclization dehydration reaction.The two-step reaction was reacted in the same reactor at the same time.It not only reduced the investment in equipment,but also improved product quality and yield,the content of the final spiroglycol≥ 99.0%,yield≥ 91.0%.
