全国电力消耗的偏离份额实证分析

摘　　要：基于计量不同产业产出用电费的基础上,利用偏离份额模型分析我国不同省份之间电力消耗水平的差异,由于不同地区的产业结构设置比重不同,电力利用技术水平存在差异,导致各个地区每万元产出耗电量不同,地区竞争力也各异,根据计算结果将竞争力相似的地区进行归类,提出相关的建议.Based on the measurement of the industrial output and electricity consumption in different industries, and by means of SSM （Shift-Share Model）, an analysis is made of the power consumption level between the different provinces. Since the proportion of different industrial structures varies drastically, thus naturally, the level of the electric power utilization va- ries region to region, which in turn results in a quite different power consumption for every ten thousand yuan output and the regional competitiveness is also rather different. Based on the calculation results, regions with approximate competitive capacity were categorized into the same kind and corresponding suggestions were put forth.
