摘　　要：美国、欧盟都对公共部门信息再利用非常重视,并取得了较大成效。两者在公共部门信息再利用方面具有相同点,但也存在一些主要区别,如政策导向的不同决定再利用模式的差异、思想观念的差异、收费方式的差异以及信息内容产业收益的差异等。文章对此进行了比较研究,并以信息内容产业为切入点,揭示对我国的有益借鉴。The reuse of public sector information is very paid attention and made great achievements in America and European Union. Both have similarities in the reuse of public sector information, but there are some main differences, such as the difference of reuse patterns due to policy leading, the difference of mentality ideas, the difference of charge means and the difference of information content industry income. The paper comparatively researches on this. Taking information content industry as cut -in points, the paper also reveals its useful reference meanings for our country.
