摘　　要：以羊毛脂为底物筛选到一株能将羊毛脂转化为胆固醇的菌株,将其应用于微生物转化法制备胆固醇,并对发酵条件进行了优化。结果表明,在pH值为7.6、发酵温度为30℃、发酵时间为110h、麦芽糖浓度为90g·L-1、羊毛脂浓度为80g·L-1的最佳发酵条件下,胆固醇的产量达到516mg·mL-1。：The strain which can convert wool grease to cholesterol was screened using wool grease as sub- strate,and was applied to preparation of cholesterol by microbiotransformation with wool grease as substrate. The fermentation conditions were optimized. The results showed the cholesterol production reached 516 mg · mL-1 under the optimum fermentation conditions as follows： fermentation pH value of 7.6, fermentation temperature of 30 ℃, fermentation time of 110 h, maltose concentration of 90 g · L-1 ,wool grease concentration of 80 g · L-1.
