摘　　要：目的探讨131I治疗对Graves眼病(GO)的效果及对细胞因子的影响。方法将100例GO患者进行131I治疗后观察GO的变化,并检测IL-6、IL-8、IL-10水平。结果 GO治愈占32%,改善占50%,无变化占13%,加重占5%,131I治疗后IL-6、IL-8、IL10水平比治疗前明显下降。结论131I治疗能抑制GO患者自身免疫,对GO安全有效。Objective To study the influence of Graves ophthalmopathy（GO） and cytokine treated with Iodine-131（131I）.Methods 100 patients with GO after treated with 131I to observe GO changes and IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 levels were detected.Results GO cure rate was 32%,improvement was 50%,no change was 13%,increased was 5%,after treated with 131I,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10 levels decreased significantly compared with before treatment.Conclusion 131I therapy can effectively suppress the autoimmunity of patients with GO and is safe to GO.
