应用胃肠穴位按摩鞋促进胃肠患者术后肠功能恢复的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察胃肠患者术后应用胃肠穴位按摩鞋是否对肠功能恢复起促进作用,寻求一种简便、易行可帮助胃肠患者术后肠功能恢复的有效方法。方法选择我科2011年5月~2011年10月收治的胃肠道术后患者120例,按临床分组分为观察组和对照组。观察组在术后24 h下床活动,每日3次穿着足底按摩鞋辅助活动,对照组活动时间和程度与观察组一致但不给予护理干预。比较两组患者肠鸣音恢复情况、腹胀程度、首次排气和首次排便时间以及评价观察组患者穿着胃肠穴位按摩鞋接受程度的情况。结果观察组患者术后肠功能恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间以及腹胀程度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;患者穿着足底按摩鞋接受度良好（93.3%）。结论胃肠道手术患者术后应用胃肠穴位按摩鞋可促进肠功能恢复,缩短胃管留置时间,减轻腹胀程度,提高患者术后舒适度,且患者对其乐于接受,可在临床中推广应用。Objective To investigate whether the gastrointestinal acupoint massage shoes（GIAMS） facilitates the intestinal function recovery after gastrointestinal surgery,seeking a simple,feasible and effective approach to help restore the intestinal function after gastrointestinal surgery.Methods 120 patients after gastrointestinal surgery from May 2011 to October 2011 in our general surgery department were selected.Patients were divided into observation group and control group.Patients in observation group exercised within 24 hours after surgery,wearing GIAMS 3 times a day during exercises.Patients in control group carried the same exercising time and intensity but without nursing intervention.Finally,comparing the bowel sound restoration,the extend of abdominal distension,the time of first flatus passing and defecation.Moreover we assessed the compliance of this approach as well.Results The time of intestinal function recovery,the first flatus passing,the first defecation and the extend of abdominal distention for patients in observation group were significantly prior to that in control group（P 0.05）.Moreover patients showed excellent compliance with the GIAMS（93.3%）.Conclusion GIAMS possess a positive effect on intestinal function recovery for postoperative patients of gastrointestinal surgery,patients have less gastric tube time,less abdominal distention extend,enhance postoperative comfort and shows excellent patient compliance.This approach may be applied to clinical practice.
