股骨胫骨骨折患者人工髋关节置换术后应用腹舒粘敷贴预防腹胀的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨应用腹舒粘敷贴预防股骨胫骨骨折患者人工髋关节置换术后腹胀的临床效果。方法选取2010年12月～2011年6月在我院住院行人工髋关节置换术的患者76例,将其分为腹舒粘敷贴治疗组(50例)与对照组(26例)。比较两组患者腹胀缓解时间、胃肠蠕动恢复时间和肛门排气时间。结果腹舒粘敷贴治疗组患者肛门排气时间、腹胀缓解时间、胃肠蠕动恢复时间较对照组早,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);腹舒粘敷贴治疗组预防术后腹胀显效率及有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹舒粘敷贴敷脐对减轻人工髋关节置换术后腹胀有显著疗效,可以显著缩短胃肠蠕动恢复时间,促进肛门排气。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fu-shu applicator stick in preventing femoral tibial fractures abdominal distension after arthroplasty operation.Methods 76 patients hospitalized into our hospital from December 2010 to June 2011 were divided into Fu-shu applicator stick group（50 cases） and control group（26 cases）.Then a comparison was made between the two groups,including the time of passage of gas by anus,the time of gastrointestinal peristalsis and the time of abdominal distension remission.Results The time of passage of gas by anus,the time of gastrointestinal peristalsis and the time of abdominal distension remission in Fu-shu applicator stick group were shorter than those in the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P 0.05）.While the effective power and the excellence power of the Fu-shu applicator stick group were higher than the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Fu-shu applicator stick can markedly prevent abdominal distension after arthroplasty operation,which can shorten the time of gastrointestinal peristalsis obviously,promote the time of abdominal distension remission.
