活血通脉汤对高血压病患者肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ、内皮素、同型半胱氨酸及降钙素基因相关肽的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察活血通脉汤对高血压病患者肾素(renin)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(angiotensin II,AngⅡ)、内皮素(endothelin,ET)、同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)及降钙素基因相关肽(calcitonin gene-related peptide,CGRP)的影响及机制。[方法]将66例高血压病患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组30例,皆用厄贝沙坦片基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上加上活血通脉汤,8周为1疗程,对比两组治疗后肾素、AngⅡ、ET、Hcy、CGRP水平的改变情况。[结果]治疗组治疗后ET水平下降,CGRP水平上升,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而肾素、AngⅡ、Hcy治疗前后与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]活血通脉汤可通过改善内皮功能抑制高血压进程,减少靶器官损害。[Objective] To observe the effect and mechanism of Huoxuetongmai Decoction on renin,angiotensin Ⅱ,endothelin,homocysteine and calcitonin gene-related peptide of Hypertensive patients.[Methods] 66 Hypertension patients were randomly assigned into treatment group of 36 cases and control group of 30 cases.The two groups were both treated with Irbesartan tablets.The treatment group was given Tongmaihuoxue Decoction additionally.The levels of renin,angiotensin Ⅱ,endothelin,homocysteine and calcitonin gene-related peptide were compared between two groups before and after the treatment.[Results] The level of endothelin was descended,and the level of calcitonin gene-related peptide was ascended in treatment group.The levels of renin,angiotensin II,homocysteine had no significant difference between two groups.[Conclusion] This decoction can both restrain the process of high blood pressure and reduce the damage of target organs by improving endothelial function.
