中医药高校实施研究生教育创新计划的研究与思考

摘　　要：[目的]深入开展中医药院校研究生创新计划实施成效及其对研究生创新能力培养作用的分析。[方法]通过对各级各类中医药研究生教育创新计划项目的成效分析,从品牌建设、优化机制、实施方式等方面提出中医药院校未来开展研究生创新计划的具体举措,进一步提升其实施效果。[结论]以增强创新能力为核心,实施研究生教育创新计划是现阶段全面提高研究生培养质量的重要手段。未来实施过程中,应从立足中医特色,优化培养机制,充分利用社会资源等方面提升创新计划实施效能。[Objective] To deeply analyse the implementation effects of postgraduate education innovation program and the significance of developing post graduates＇ ability of innovation in the colleges and universities of Chinese medicine.[Method] Put forward the detailed measures to carry out the postgraduate innovation program in the colleges and universities of Chinese medicine in the future,and further improve its implementation effects by analyzing the effect of postgraduate education innovation program of all levels in the colleges and universities of Chinese medicine from constructing brand,optimizing mecha nism and implementation modalities and so on.[Conclusion] It becomes an important means to improve the quality of postgraduate education by carrying out postgraduate education innovation program at the present stage,which views enhancing the innovation ability as its core.In the process of implementation in the further,the effect of innovation program should be enhanced from establishing the outstanding characteristics of Chinese medicine,optimizing the devel oping mechanism and making full use of society resources.
