摘 要:开展了白钨精矿的微波干燥新工艺研究,考察了微波干燥温度、干燥时间以及物料质量三因素对相对脱水率的影响。在条件试验的基础上以白钨精矿相对脱水率为响应值,采用响应曲面组合设计对工艺参数进行优化。所得优化工艺条件为:物料温度92℃,微波干燥时间174 s,物料质量135 g,白钨精矿的相对脱水率达到82.4%,验证试验实际值与预测值比较接近,可靠性较高。优化试验结果表明,与常规电加热干燥相比,微波干燥时间缩短了97.5%,基于响应曲面法的优化设计对工艺参数具有较好的优化和预测,微波干燥白钨精矿新工艺合理可行,对矿物的微波干燥工艺推广具有一定的参考价值。A new technology of microwave drying scheelite concentrate is studied, and the effect of drying temperature, drying time and materials weight on relative dehydration rate of scheelite concentrate is investigated. On the basis of conditioning experiment, the response surface central composite design is adopted to optimize the micro- wave drying process parameters of scheelite concentrate by taking the relative dehydration rate of scheelite concentrate as response value. The optimized technology parameters obtained are as following: material temperature 92 ℃ , microwave drying time 174 s, and materials weight 135 g, the relative dehydration rate of scheelite can reach as high as 82.4%. The actual value is close to predict value showing high reliability. The results show that compared to conventional electric heating drying, microwave drying method shortens the drying time by 97.5%. The optimized design based on response surface methology shows very good optimization and prediction to process parameters, which means the new technology of microwave drying scheelite concentrate is reasonable and feasible and of certain reference value to the promotion of mineral microwave drying process.
