摘　　要：本文通过介绍广东省40家医院消毒供应中心压力蒸汽灭菌敷料包管理及灭菌效果物理监测的现状,对消毒供应中心的管理提出了建议:①改变管理模式,提高灭菌效率;②健全岗位职责,规范操作流程;③更新消毒灭菌观念,加强系统专业培训;④正确认识物理监测,更好地保证灭菌质量。This paper introduced the current status of the management and sterilization effect physical monitoring of the pressure steam sterilization dressing package and proposed some suggestions to improve the Central Sterile Supply Department＇s management, including： ① Changing the management mode and improving the efficiency of sterilization; ② Perfecting post responsibilities and standardizing operating procedures; ③ Updating sterilization concept and strengthening the systematic and professional training; ④ Understanding physical monitoring correctly and ensuring the sterilization quality.
