摘　　要：目的探讨ICU危重患者院内转运前护理评估的实施方法及效果。方法成立评估小组,制订院内转运前护理评估等级及防护措施,根据评估等级做好准备。并将评估表报送相关转运科室做好准备。结果 84例患者均顺利完成院内转运,未发生与护理相关的不良事件。患者及其家属满意度评分为(98.73±0.48)分。结论通过实施转运前护理评估并做好充分准备,能保证危重患者转运工作的顺利实施,从而提高了护理服务满意度。Objective To explore the methods and effects of nursing assessment to 1CU critical patients before in - hospital transport. Methods The as- sessment teams were set up, nursing assessment levels and targeted protective measures were developed and according to the assessment levels to ready. Evaluation forms were sent to the related transport departments, so they could get ready. Results A total of 84 patients were transported in the hospital smoothly. Nursing re- lated adverse events were not occur. The score of patient and family satisfaction was （98.73 ±0.48 ）. Conclusion Implementation of nursing assessment before transport can ensure transport work goes smoothly, so as to improve the nursing service satisfaction.
