自制经络弹力袜对妇科腹部手术后肠功能恢复的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨妇科腹部手术后患者穿戴经络弹力袜对肠功能恢复的影响。方法选择妇科腹部手术患者100例,对照组50例患者按常规护理,实验组50例患者术后穿经络弹力袜,观察并记录患者术后腹胀、首次肛门排气和首次排便时间。结果实验组患者无腹胀发生,对照组4例患者出现腹胀;实验组患者术后首次肛门排气、排便时间均提前(P<0.05)。结论妇科腹部手术后患者穿经络弹力袜能促进肠蠕动及胃肠功能的恢复,利于尽早康复。Objective To explore the effects of self- made meridian compression stocking on bowel function recovery in patients ＇after gynecological ab- dominal surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients after gynecological abdominal surgery were ehoosed and randomized into two groups,50 cases in the control group and 50 cases in the intervention group. The control group was received routine care, while the intervention group was received self - made meridian com- pression in addition to routine care. The situation of bloating, first anus exhaust and defacing were collected and compared between the two group. Results There was no case with bloating in the intervention group and 4 cases in the control group. The average time of the first anus exhaust and defacing in the intervention group were shorter than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Application of meridian compression stocking can promote bowel function recovery in pa- tients after gynecological abdominal surgery and can benefit for patients to recovery early.
