摘 要:文中以提高汽车警示喇叭检测的自动化程度为目的,系统阐述了电喇叭的工作原理,通过对喇叭发声结构及发声故障主要类别进行分析,确定了汽车电喇叭自动检测系统检测指标,指标信号的收集处理手段及检测方法,提出了利用FFT算法获取基频的方法,制定了系统结构框架,为下一步进行汽车警示喇叭检测系统研究提供了理论依据及研究方向。The purpose of the paper is to improve the automation degree of the car electric horn automatic test system.The working principle of electric horn is described systematically,the indicators of the car electric horn automatic test system and the collection and handling methods of beacon signal are determined through the analysis of the trumpet sound structure and the major categories of fault.The methods for a frequency are put forward by using FFT algorithm,system structure also is determined.The paper provides the theoretic basis and lays the foundation for the research direction for the next step of car warning horn detection system.
