摘　　要：目的观察钩芍降压颗粒治疗缺血性中风(风火上扰证)及对神经功能缺损的影响。方法将符合纳入标准的患者72例随机分为两组,均给予舒血宁注射液治疗,治疗组36例加用钩芍降压颗粒。结果治疗组与对照组均能改善肢体运动功能积分,组间无差异;在改善感觉功能与面瘫积分方面治疗组优于对照组;治疗组与对照组改善语言功能积分均不明显;治疗组总体疗效优于对照组。结论钩芍降压颗粒能改善缺血性中风引起的神经功能缺损。Objective： To explore the influence of Goutengjiangya Granule on Ischemic Stroke Neurologic Impairment Belonging to Fenghuoshangrao Syndrome.Methods： 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups,both of which were given Shunxuening Injection.And the treatment group were given Goutengjiangya Granule besides Shunxuening Injection.Results： The scores of the extremity motor function of both groups have been improved,and there were no significant differences between the two groups.Treatment group was better than control group in the respect of improving sensory function and facial palsy.Language function of both groups were not improved markedly.The whole medical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion： Goutengjiangya Granule can improve Ischemic Stroke Neurologic Impairment.
