芳香化浊液空气消毒剂的安全性评价

摘　　要：目的评价芳香化浊液空气消毒剂使用的安全性。方法采用自身左右对照动物试验方法。皮肤刺激试验建立新西兰兔皮肤模型,试验组以芳香化浊液直接外敷破损皮肤及完整皮肤,对照组以乙醇对照,外敷至少4 h;眼刺激试验试验组以芳香化浊液滴入结膜囊内,对照组以生理盐水作对照,24 h不冲洗或30 s后冲洗,72 h后观察刺激情况。结果皮肤刺激性试验结果 72 h内未发现皮肤刺激性反应;不冲洗的眼刺激性试验结果 72 h内未发现眼睛刺激反应。眼刺激性分值1.2分,评价为无刺激性。冲洗的眼刺激性试验结果:72 h内未发现眼睛刺激反应;眼刺激性分值0.6分,评价为无刺激性。结论芳香化浊液从动物试验来看作为空气消毒剂是安全的。Objective： To evaluate the safety on air disinfectant of Fangxiang huazhuo liquid.Methods： The skin irritation test was established in new zealand rabbit skin model by self-controled methods.The damaged skin and intact skin of test group were external compressed with Fangxiang huazhuo liquid directly.The control group was in the ethanol control.The total exposing time was at least 4 hours.In eye irritation test,Fangxiang huazhuo liquid was dropped into the rabbit conjunctival sac in the experimental group,while saline as the control.The disinfectant kept in sac after 24 hours with no flush or 30 seconds and then flushed.The stimulus was observed after 72 hours.Results： In skin irritation test,there was no irritation response in 72 h in both groups;No irritation response in eye was found in eye irritation test which liquid kept in eye for 24 h.And the eye irritation score was 1.2,which showed no irritation.In the eye irritation test with flushing after 30 s,the eye irritation score was 0.6,which also showed no irritation.Conclusions： The animal experiment confirmed the Fangxiang huazhuo liquid is safe as an air disinfectant.
