摘 要:对某矿两起硫化矿尘爆炸机理进行了研究,发现高硫矿床分段崩落采矿法开采过程中矿尘爆炸的点火源是采场V形堑沟底部结构内三角矿堆的氧化自燃。提出用不含硫的废石混凝土在采场底部V形堑沟内构筑三角堆,替换V形堑沟底部结构内的桃柱体,使出矿口处不聚热,消去点火源。结果表明,出矿口处矿石温度明显降低,由最高时的48℃降至31℃,同时V形堑沟内不存留三角堆矿石,使矿石损失率由39%降到38%。The mechanism of sulfide ore dust explosion mechanism occurred in a mine was analyzed, and it was found that the spontaneous oxidation and combustion of triangle ore pile in V - shaped trench structure of stope bottom was the ignition source of ore dust explosion in the process of sublevel stoping. It was advanced to construct triangle pile in the V - shaped trench of stope bottom with waste rock concrete to replace the triangle ore in the V -shaped trench, so as to make no heat accumulation at ore -drawing mouth, and eliminate the ignition source. The results showed that the temperature of ore at ore - drawing mouth significantly reduced from 48 ℃ fo 31 ℃ , meanwhile, as no triangle ore pile in the V - shaped trench, the ore loss was reduced from 39% to 38%.
