摘  要:无底柱分段崩落法的落矿方式为挤压爆破,崩落的矿石从回采巷道端部口放出,爆破效果直接影响崩落矿石的流动性,从而对矿石损失贫化造成较大影响。结合北铭河铁矿与小汪沟铁矿生产实际情况,从大块卡住部分出矿口、推墙悬顶、眉线破坏等现象对崩落矿石的流动性影响入手,分析爆破质量对矿石损失贫化的影响,并提出了控制爆破质量的技术措施。Lateral extrusion blasting is used to cave ore in non - pillar sublevel caving method, and caved ore is drew from the end of mining roadway, the blasting effect influences the flow- ability of caved ore, therefore, the blasting effect has great influences on the ore loss and dilution. Combined with the actual production conditions of Beiminghe and Xiaowanggou iron mine, the paper analyzes the influences of blasting effect on ore loss and dilution from the phenomenons such as a part of ore drawing hole being blocked by bulk, pushing- wall and hanging arch, the damage of drift 's eyebrow, which have influences on the flow- ability of caved ore. Some technical measures are proposed to improve the blasting effect.
