摘 要:采用均匀设计的试验方法,分析4种不同配比的新型胶凝材料对司家营铁矿全尾砂胶结充填体强度的影响。采用二次多项式逐步回归法分析处理试验数据,建立全尾砂胶结充填体28 d强度与新型胶凝材料不同配比之间的回归模型。使用MATLAB软件进行配比参数优化,确定新型胶凝材料的最佳配比组合。最佳配比验证试验的充填体28 d抗压强度为3.44 MPa,与预测的3.66 MPa相差不大,说明均匀设计法在胶凝材料配方研制上有较高的实用价值。试验结果为司家营铁矿全尾砂胶结充填开采提供了理论参考。The effects of a new cementing material with four mix proportions on the strength of cemented unclassified railings filling in Sijiaying mine were analyzed by uniform design method. Quadratic polynomial stepwise regressive method was applied to process the data, and a regression model between the 28 d strength of cemented filling and the mix proportion of cementing material was established. The best mix proportion of cementing material was determined by optimizating with MATLAB. On the condition of the optimum proportion, the tested 28 d strength of filling body was 3.44 MPa, which was little different from the forecasted one that was 3.66 MPa, this indicated that uniform design is an effective way to study mix design of cementing material. The experimented results provided a theoretical reference to cemented unclassified tailings filling in Sijiaying mine.
