摘 要:青海某铜矿是一种难选高硫多金属硫化铜矿,采用原设计工艺生产时铜回收率偏低。针对该矿石特性,试验采用新型捕收剂PLQ和丁黄混合用药方案,中矿再磨再选工艺,通过闭路试验获得了铜品位21.13%、回收率91.48%的精矿指标。The ore mined by a copper mine in Qinghai is a high -sulphur polymetallic copper ore which is difficult to be pro- cessed, the mineral processing technique of original design results in a low recovery of copper. In view of the characteristics of this ore,a new mixed collector prepared with collector PLQ and butyl xanthate and a regrinding and reconcentration process of middling produces were experimented to improve the copper recovery. The closed circuit experiment obtained the concentrate quality index of 21.13% for copper grade and 91.48% for copper recovery.
