摘 要:对高地应力、强烈采动影响、松软破碎围岩等复杂困难条件下的大埋深煤巷的支护控制进行了理论分析。结合平煤集团天安十矿己15-24080机巷支护设计的实际条件,论述了埋深900 m、顶板岩性不坚硬、围岩层位变化大、煤层倾角较大等状况的深井高地压大断面软岩巷道围岩稳定控制问题。超高强锚杆支护控制技术在平煤十矿己15-24080机巷掘进过程中取得了成功应用,实现了一次成巷,大大减少了巷道后期维护量,且对大埋深煤巷掘进支护控制技术的研究与设计具有参考价值。The support and control of roadway with great buried depth under the complex conditions of high ground stress, strong mining effect, soft and broken surrounding rock were analyzed theoretically. Combined with the actual conditions of 15 -24080 engine roadway in No. 10 Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Mining Group Corporation Ltd, the stability control of surrounding rock of soft rock roadway with a large section under the conditions of 900 m buried depth, soft rock roof, frequent changed rock formation and high - pitched coal seam was discussed. The supporting and controlling technology with ultra - high strength bolt had been applied successfully in the 已 15 -24080 engine roadway, and the once completion of roadway construction was achieved, the maintenance of the roadway in the later period was decreased greatly. The example has reference value to the study and design of supporting and controlling technology of roadway with great buried depth.
