摘　　要：目的:对广东土牛膝进行生药学研究,为其开发利用及质量标准的完善奠定基础。方法:通过显微鉴别、理化鉴别的方法。显微特征的研究采用徒手切片、粉末装片等方法;理化鉴别采用薄层色谱法。结果:横切面和粉末的特征具有一定的鉴别意义。薄层鉴别检出腺苷、β-谷甾醇。结论:研究结果为广东土牛膝的药材鉴定、质量标准完善提供了依据。Objective： Pharmacognosy Research on Eupatorii Chinensis Radix had been performed and laid foundation for itsdevelopment, utilization and quality standards perfection as well. Methods ： Applying method of microscopic identification, phys- ical and chemical identification. Microscopic features was taken by tree-hand section, powder loading method; physical and chemical identification Was taken by thin layer chromatography. Results： Transverse section and powder characteristics had cer- tain significance. TLC could detect for adenosine, β-sitosterol. Conclusion： The research results of Eupatorii Chinensis Radix can be used for medicinal materials identification, quality standard perfection.
