摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合疗法对地震骨折伤员取内固定术后肢体功能的影响。方法:对179例取内固定术后的地震骨折伤员的病历资料进行整理、分析,根据治疗方法不同分为中西医结合康复治疗组(治疗组n=111)、自然恢复组(对照组n=68)。结果:中西医结合康复疗法在疼痛、肌力、关节活动度等方面均有明显改善。结论:中西医结合康复疗法对地震骨折伤员取内固定术后肢体功能有显著影响。Objective： To investigate the effect of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine on limb function of the postoperative patients of fracture in earthquake. Methods ： 179cases of fracture patients who took the internal fixation were divided into treatment group （ n = 111 ） and control group （ n = 68 ）, according to the different treatment methods, medical records were organized and analyzed. Results ： The treatment group was significantly superior to the control group on the effects of reducing the pain, muscle strength and ROM. Conclusion： The combined rehabilitation therapeutics have great positive effect on limb function of the fracture patients in earthquake.
