摘 要:以水土保持先锋植物类芦为研究材料,通过5个不同浓度磷胁迫的盆栽试验,测定类芦的光合色素、叶绿素荧光参数和光合参数,研究磷胁迫对类芦的光合特性的影响。结果表明:随着磷胁迫程度的加剧,类芦叶绿素含量逐渐下降。低磷胁迫与正常供磷条件下,类芦叶片气孔导度、光合速率和蒸腾速率日变化规律一致,均为单峰型,峰值在12:00;日均值表现为正常供磷>极度磷胁迫>轻度磷胁迫>中度磷胁迫>重度磷胁迫,光合速率、蒸腾速率与气孔导度呈正相关。在不同磷浓度胁迫下类芦叶片叶绿素荧光参数差异不大,极度磷胁迫与有磷条件下的光合作用机理可能不同,但PSⅡ光合反应中心没有受到破坏,类芦具有极强的耐低磷能力。According to the determining ot photosynthetic pigments, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and photosynthetic parameters, the effects of phosphorus stress on photosynthetic characteristics of Neyraudia reynaudiana were studied by pot experiment of five concentration phosphorus stress. The results showed that chlorophyll content of Neyraudia reynaudiana was decreasing as phosphorus stress was aggravated. It showed the same diurnal variation curves of net photosynthetic rate(Pn), stomatal conductance(Gs) and transpiration rate(Tr), which had a single-peak at 12:00 under low-phosphorus stress as normal supply. The daily mean was in sequence of normal supply 〉non-phosphorus stress 〉mild phosphorus stress 〉moderate phosphorus stress 〉heavy phosphorus stress. There was no difference between the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in leaves under different treatments. Neyraudia reynaudiana might be have different mechanism of photosynthesis under non-phosphorus and phosphorus treatments. However, the PS Ⅱ photosynthetic reaction center under different treatment were not impacted, which showed that Neyraudia reynaudiana had strong phosphorus-resistant capacity.
