摘　　要：经颈静脉肝内门体静脉分流术(TIPS)是目前用于治疗门静脉高压引起的各种并发症的一种重要介入治疗手段。自从1988年实施第1例TIPS取得成功以来的这20多年间,国内和国外的学者在前人的基础上进行了广泛而深入的探索和改进。本文主要从手术适应证、手术操作、术后并发症以及临床疗效等4个方面探讨TIPS的研究现状及进展。Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt （TIPS） is an important interventional therapy for portal hypertension caused by cirrhosis. During the over 20 years after the first successful TIPS case in 1988, both internal and external researchers have made exploration and improvement on this technique widely and deeply based on existing outcomes. This review is intended to talk about current situation and progress of TIPS research, and will illustrate this topic from indications, procedures, complications and clinical efficiencies.
