严重交通多发伤的急诊救治分析

摘　　要：目的探讨严重交通多发伤患者的急诊救治策略。方法对35例严重交通多发伤患者资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果 35例严重交通伤患者中,安全转运33例,治愈29例,自动出院2例,早期死亡4例,26例患者在伤后2～6h内实施确定性手术。结论重视和加强严重交通多发伤的急诊救治,可挽救重伤员的生命,降低病死率和致残率。Objective To explore severe traffic multiple injury trauma patients emergency treatment strategy. Methods 35 cases of severe traffic in multiple trauma patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results 35 cases of severe traffic injury patients, safe transportation in 33 cases,29 cases were cured,2 cases of automatic discharge. Early death in 4 cases, 26 patients atier injury in 2 -6 h executed within deterministic operation. Conclusion Emphasize and strengthen the severe traffic multiple trauma emergency treatment can save the lives of the seriously injured, to reduce the mortality and morbidity.
