品管圈在降低颈丛麻醉术后排尿障碍中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在降低颈丛麻醉术后排尿障碍人次中的应用。方法成立品管圈,确立"品管圈活动在降低颈丛麻醉术后排尿障碍的人次"为活动课题,按照手术先后顺序对134例行颈丛麻醉手术患者进行分组,实施品管圈活动前后各67例,并对所有患者进行调查,分析排尿障碍原因,制定相应的对策并组织实施。结果实施品管圈活动后,颈丛麻醉术后排尿障碍发生率由19.4%(13/67)下降至3%(2/67)。结论品管圈活动在降低颈丛麻醉术后排尿障碍的人次中效果显著,值得推广。Objective To discuss application of the quality circles＇ activities in reducing postoperative person-time urination disorders after cervical plexus anesthesia. Methods The establishment of quality control circles, did establish ＂quality circle activities in reducing postoperative person-time urination disorders after cervical plexus anesthesia ＂as the topic, on the activity of the 2 groups before and after a total of 134 cases of cervical plexus anesthesia patient surveys, analyzed of reason of urination disorders, made corresponding countermeasure and organize the implementation. Results The cervical plexus anesthesia postoperative voiding the occurrence rate of 19.4% dropped to 3.0%. Conclusion The quality circles activities have significant effect in reducing postoperative urination disorders after cervical plexus anesthesia, is worth popularizing in clinic.
