摘　　要：2011年,国外政府从多角度加大了对电动汽车消费的支持力度,既取得了一些成绩,也面临部分政策效果不理想等问题。本文通过分析美国和欧盟国家政府支持电动汽车发展政策的颁布与执行情况,以及影响政策发挥作用的相关因素,进而提出对中国政府进一步扶持电动汽车产业发展的启示。In 2011, foreign governments took various measures to increase policy support for electric vehicles, which not only gained some achievements, but also faced some problems. This paper, based on the analysis of U. S. and EU governments＇ development poli- cies in supporting electric vehicles, and the implementation of the policy role related factors, proposed the inspiration for our government to further support the development of electric vehicles industry.
