摘　　要：目的:介绍鼻中隔体外成形在歪鼻畸形矫正术中的应用方法和效果。方法:对26例歪鼻患者行常规的截骨整形术,同时行鼻中隔体外成形术。术中取出鼻中隔软骨,将鼻中隔软骨进行切除、切割等处理后植入原位并缝合固定,矫正歪鼻畸形和鼻中隔偏曲畸形。结果:26例患者中23例治愈,无鼻背塌陷和鼻中隔穿孔发生。结论:鼻中隔软骨体外成形术用于矫正严重歪鼻畸形可以取得满意效果,减少并发症的发生。Objective To show the technique and results of extracorporeal septoplasty for correction of deviated nose deformity. Methods 26 patients with deviated nose deformity underwent deviated nose correction surgery using classical osteotomy and extracorporeal Septoplasty. The regular lateral osteotomy is performed and the septal cartilage is taken out. The harvested septal cartilage is reconstructed by either cartilage discarding or scarification. Then the septal cartilage is reimplanted and fixed by sutures. The deviated nose and septum are both corrected. Results Of all the 26 patients with deviated nose,23 were cured. No nasal collapse or septal perforation occurred. Conclusion Extracorporeal septoplasty is effective for correction of severe deviated nose with a low complication rate.
