假体隆鼻术后继发性鼻头畸形矫正中鼻中隔软骨的应用经验

摘　　要：目的:观察自体鼻中隔软骨在修复假体隆鼻术后鼻尖鼻翼畸形的手术效果。方法:52例假体隆鼻术后继发鼻尖鼻翼畸形的患者,使用自体鼻中隔软骨修复鼻尖鼻翼畸形。结果:52例患者随访6～24个月,鼻尖得到延长和抬高,鼻翼挛缩、凹陷畸形得到矫正,鼻外观达到了满意效果。结论:该术式修复假体隆鼻术后继发鼻头畸形的效果满意,可在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the operative effect of the autologous septa/cartilage in the reparation of the nasal tip and alar deformity after augmentation rhinoplasty. Methods A total of 52 patients underwent autogenous septal cartilage transplantation for the reparation of nasal tip and alar deformity. Results 52 cases,available for 6-24 month＇s follow-up,the nasal tip has been Lengthened and elevated,the alar contracture and depressed deformity have been corrected,the appearance of the nose is satisfactory. Conclusion The effect of the operation in the reparation for apex nasi secondary deformity after augmentation rhinoplasty is satisfactory, can apply to clinic gradually
