摘　　要：目的:探讨一种改良的修复指端缺损的大鱼际皮瓣设计方法,以尽量减少大鱼际区瘢痕。方法:在大鱼际区邻近拇指掌指关节横纹处设计大鱼际皮瓣,将切口尽量隐藏于拇指掌指横纹与大鱼际区皮肤横纹里。结果:皮瓣血供良好,创面修复,手指外形良好,大鱼际区瘢痕不明显。结论:经改良后的大鱼际皮瓣,可以明显减少大鱼际区瘢痕,适合示、中指单指的指端缺损。Objective To explore a modified design of greater thenar flap to repair fingertip defection, which can reduce the scar in donor site effectively. Methods The modified greater thenar flap was designed in the greater thenar area closed to the first metacarpophalangeal transverse crease,the incision was bided in the first metacarpophalangeal transverse crease and the natural transverse skin line in the greater thenar area. Results The blood supply of flap was sufficient,the shape of reconstructive fingertip was good and the scar in greater thenar was inapparent. Conclusion The modified greater thenar flap,which effectively reduced the donor site scar,was used to repair the lonely fingertip defection of the index finger and the middle finger.
